Fiber Optic Emergency Stop Sensor in Weatherproof Indoor/Outdoor Cabinet

The MR388 Series extends the usefulness of the Fiber Optic E-Stop System by providing a turn-key solution where a protective, weatherproof cabinet is required.  This solution can be installed indoors or outdoors.  The multi port options allow fiber optic cable to loop through unit via conduit or ODVA IP-LC connections.  The MR388 series is available for use with either multimode OM1 62.5/125 (compatible with OM2/OM3 50/125) or singlemode OS1 fiber.  This products support all manner of installations in hazardous environments or over long distances.

The MR387 E-STOP is designed for applications where a system needs to be deactivated when the E-STOP switch sensor is depressed or any system malfunction occurs. The fiber optic aspect of the system provides immunity to EMI/RFI, magnetic fields, RF fields, high voltage isolation – and able to traverse long distances up to 10km,
